Our Yin & Restorative Yoga livestream is an invitation to deeply rest, reset your nervous system, and reconnect with your body—without rushing or striving. This class blends the stillness of Yin Yoga with the fully supported comfort of Restorative postures, creating a space where true relaxation can unfold.


Throughout the session, you’ll be guided into gentle, long-held poses supported by props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks (or household alternatives). These poses are designed to release deep layers of tension, improve circulation, and calm both body and mind. With minimal movement and plenty of time to settle, your nervous system is encouraged to shift out of “doing” mode and into rest.


The pace is intentionally slow and soothing, with mindful cues and moments of quiet that allow you to fully let go. This makes the class especially beneficial for stress relief, emotional balance, and recovery from a busy or demanding week.
